Patient must be referred for treatment by a medical practitioner. The medical practitioner may either phone in the physical therapy prescription or send a copy of it with the patient. Appointments are scheduled by calling
361-578-3513. New patient evaluations are done daily so wait time is minimal.

Office hours are: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. Calls made after hours are answered electronically and responded to the next regular working day. Physical Therapy orders may also be faxed 24 hours a day to 361-578-4623.
